About Me

I understand the devastation it brings, not just in the moment, but in the days, weeks, and even years that follow. After losing Oliver, my little Jack Russell, something in me shifted. It made me really take a close look at how that final farewell between pet and owner is handled. Losing him planted the seed of what has now become Oliver’s.
It’s so important to me that Oliver’s should be a place that truly honours the bond between pet and owner and supports people through one of the hardest moments in life.
No two pets are the same. No two people are either. And I believe that means their goodbye, and the grief that follows, should be just as individual.

This business is deeply personal – from the location I spent years searching for, to the way I’ll handle every collection, every conversation, or every farewell – rooted in care, love and lived experience.
I’m not a large chain. It’s just me. But I’ll do everything I can to make this part of your journey feel supported, respected and held with heart.
The words “Highland Pet Crematorium” make clear what I do. But the word “Oliver” says why I do it.
