If Your Pet Has Passed Away
– Firstly, we are so sorry for your loss
Outside of Our Office Hours
If your pet has passed away outside of our office hours, you may wish to follow the recommendations below until we are able to assist you:
- Place your pet in a cool room away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- Turn down or switch off any heating in that area if possible
- Wrap them gently in a favourite blanket, towel or bedding.
- Placing a towel, absorbent pad or similar material beneath their hindquarters is advisable, as some natural changes can occur after passing.
- Keep other pets supervised if they wish to spend time nearby.
Once you are ready, please complete our enquiry form below and a member of our team will contact you during office hours.
We can then make arrangements to either collect your pet from your home or make an appointment for you to bring them to us.

Once you are ready, please complete the enquiry form below and a member of our team will contact you during office hours.
